Error 1

“Runtime error 339: Component duzocx32.ocx is not correctly registered or file is missingâ€
Cause of the Error
Generally, the above error occurs when the dunzip32.dll file is missing from the Windows system directory (By default, for Windows XP and Windows Vista, it is C:\Windows\System32). The duzocx32.ocx file requires the dunzip32.dll file.
Resolution Method
To fix the above runtime error 339, download a copy of dunzip32.dll file from a reliable online DLL Directory and save the file in the Windows System directory. Alternatively, you may copy the dunzip32.dll from a computer that has similar configuration and paste the file in the Windows System directory.
In most cases, the above steps should fix the error. If you find the error still persists, chances are that the duzocx32.ocx file on your PC is damaged. Perform the following tasks to repair the runtime error:
- Unregister the duzocx32.ocx file.
- Delete the duzocx32.ocx file.

- Click Start and click Run.
- In the Open box, type the following command and press Enter to register the duzocx32.ocx file:
regsvr32 duzocx32.ocx
