Error 1

When you start your HP computer, you may receive the following error:

“Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\HP TCS\HPTCS.exe

R6034
An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly. Please contact the application’s support team for more information.”

On clicking OK, you may receive the following error:

“HPTCS has stopped working

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.”

To resolve the above runtime error R6034, uninstall HPTCS (HP Easy Internet Setup) and restart your computer.
